🚀 About the RoleWe are now looking for an engaged and structured Project Assistant for a long-term assignment within technical and industrial operations. You will become an important part of the project organization and act as the link between the project team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will work in an international environment with customer contacts from all over the world, contributing to projects being carried out efficiently and professionally. You will support project managers and project teams with administrative tasks and ensure a high level of service throughout the entire project delivery.
📋 ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and host national and international customer visits
Plan and administer digital customer meetings
Provide administrative support to the project organization
Manage documentation and archiving in document management systems
Administer certificates, reports, and customer documentation
Ensure structure and quality in administrative processes
Collaborate with project managers and other project assistants regarding planning and prioritization
Contribute to a professional and positive customer experience throughout the entire project
Have experience in administration, project support, or coordinating roles
Are service-oriented and thrive with many contact surfaces
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Are structured, meticulous, and self-initiating
Have good planning and organizational skills
Thrive in a high work pace and can handle multiple tasks in parallel
Have good collaboration skills while taking personal responsibility for your work
Experience from project organizations or the technical industry
Experience with document management systems and administrative tools
Experience with international customer contacts
Experience in event or visit coordination
Scope: Full-time
Duration: 12 months
Location: Västerås
Work form: On-site
